Here's a few reminders before you arrive!

Getting In

To use the keyless entry, enter the code and press the unlock button

The Keypad Code will be active at the start of your rental period

Don't forget your extra items like:

foil/to-go containers

sternos/warming fuel

coolers and ice!

Also don't forget some other important tips:

Confetti is banned (all types)

Smoking of any type is banned indoors (including vapes & e-cigs)

Regular strength adhesives are permitted everywhere except the floors and mirrors

Clients are expected to empty all 4 trash cans (2 main hall, 2 bathroom) to the dumpster.

The parking lot and sidewalks should be free of trash when you leave.

Clients should ONLY use the green WM dumpster labeled 'Elite Banquets & Events'

Look for the white binder near the front door for lots of other information about the facility and the surrounding neighborhood!
