Have the supplies but no time or team to decorate?


Service Description

This option is perfect for clients who already have or want to purchase their own party materials! Drop off your décor and let us set up for you! Schedule a brief in person consultation to discuss the vision for your event. We will discuss themes, colors, guests and supplies. We will determine what equipment/décor is available on site for rental vs supplies that you may have or want to purchase. Once all party supplies are gathered, drop them off to the venue 2-3 days before your event. Our staff will decorate with your supplies, according to our consultation! Saving you time and money! Your event will be decorated and ready to enjoy at the start of your rental period! Prices start at $150 and increase based on the level of decoration, the supplies needed, and supplies purchased. *Clients must book a Time Package first. Decor packages are only an ADD ON service for on-site booked events. Every time package includes 7 round tables, 50 chairs, 1 covered food table, 1 gift table, backdrop frame.


Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Reschedules may be available on a case-by-case basis and are subject to facility availability. Rescheduled events forfeit the Refundable Security Deposit. Clients are allowed only one rescheduled date. Any Refunds, including the refundable security deposit, are only returned to the original form of payment unless otherwise discussed. Clients agree to communicate with the Venue Owner before initiating any bank investigations or “chargebacks”. Chargebacks for any reason will be disputed with the information listed in this agreement. 22+ Days from event date       0% Penalty on any payments made 21-15 Days from event date     100% Forfeiture of Refundable Security Deposit only 14-8 Days from event date      75% Forfeiture of all payments made 7 days - Event Date                 100% Forfeiture of all payments made
