12 Consecutive Hours of Venue Rental Time, including Set Up and Clean Up time. Venue Rental Includes: 7 Uncovered Round Tables (60in), 50 White Chiavari Chairs with Cushions, 1 8ft Covered Table for Food, 4 Wire Racks & Food Warming Pans, Buffet Serving Utensils, 1 6ft Rectangle Table, Small gift table with Card Box, Accent Hedge Wall, Black & White Curtain Backdrop, Bluetooth Speakers, High Speed Internet, Keyless Entry. *Hours must be used consecutively. *All Events End at Midnight *Rental period is TOTAL time for set up, event, and clean up.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Reschedules may be available on a case-by-case basis and are subject to facility availability. Rescheduled events forfeit the Refundable Security Deposit. Clients are allowed only one rescheduled date. Any Refunds, including the refundable security deposit, are only returned to the original form of payment unless otherwise discussed. Clients agree to communicate with the Venue Owner before initiating any bank investigations or “chargebacks”. Chargebacks for any reason will be disputed with the information listed in this agreement. 22+ Days from event date 0% Penalty on any payments made 21-15 Days from event date 100% Forfeiture of Refundable Security Deposit only 14-8 Days from event date 75% Forfeiture of all payments made 7 days - Event Date 100% Forfeiture of all payments made
