WHAT IS THE 1/3 DEPOSIT FOR?

This non-refundable initial investment of 1/3 secures your event date and time. This allows us to keep others from booking as well as begin planning and prepping for your event.

Paying your remaining installments on time, keeps your event planning seamless and secured.

IS THERE A KITCHEN?

We welcome guests to use our Pre Kitchen space. There is a Full Sized Refrigerator, Microwave, Sink and Counter Space.

We do not have an oven and we do not allow on-site cooking.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOU ACCOMODATE?

Our packages are set to accommodate 64 guests.

We can accommodate a maximum of 100 seated guests for an additional fee.

ARE OUTSIDE FOOD AND ALCOHOL ALLOWED?

Yes, outside food and alcohol are allowed.

Alcohol cannot be sold.

Age limit laws apply at all times.

WHEN CAN I SEE THE SPACE?

We offer appointment-free tours every Thursday from 12:30 to 3:30. Feel free to stop in and say hello!

Tours outside of open house hours are by appointment only.
