Each party package requires a $150 Refundable Security Deposit.  This amount is in addition to the time package. 

This refundable deposit secures your event date and time.  It is also used in the event of incidentals/damages. The client receives this deposit back within one week after their event per the rental agreement Terms & Conditions found here. 

Every party package includes the following:

8 Uncovered, round tables

50 Uncovered chairs

One 8ft rectangle table for food service

4 Wire Chafing Racks for food pans

Buffet Serving Utensils

One uncovered 6ft rectangle table

And all the venue amenities!

Our party packages are structured for 50 guests.  We can accommodate up to 100 seated guests for an additional fee.
