Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Reschedules may be available on a case-by-case basis and are subject to facility availability. Rescheduled events forfeit the Refundable Security Deposit. Clients are allowed only one rescheduled date. Any Refunds, including the refundable security deposit, are only returned to the original form of payment unless otherwise discussed. Clients agree to communicate with the Venue Owner before initiating any bank investigations or “chargebacks”.
